This conference always proves to be very popular and places are on a first come, first served basis, it is open to non BIDA members so please circulate to your medical colleagues. A refundable deposit of £15.00 (BIDA Members) £25.00 (Non Members) is required to reserve a place payable by cheque made payable to ‘BIDA’.
